Position: Social Media Specialist
Exults, a leading internet marketing agency in South Florida, is looking to hire a Social Media Specialist for our Fort Lauderdale office. We’re looking for inventive, resourceful, informed individuals to craft exciting and engaging social media campaigns- both organic and sponsored. In the area of Social Media Marketing & Community Management, we assist our clients in both gaining and maintaining relationships by designing share-worthy campaigns, analyzing community demographics, and catering content to what audiences truly wants to see.
 Who are we looking for?
YOU! Well, maybe. We’re looking for unique thinkers with an eye for the oddities in life. We are seeking applicants who know the power and influence that social media networks have on today’s online landscape, and how to turn that knowledge into website visits for our clients.
At a minimum, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Psychology/Sociology, Communications, or related field
- Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and other social media outlets
- Strong content writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with content mining & discovery
- A strong eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to initiate discussion
- Exemplary communication skills- both written and verbal.
A working knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Photoshop is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely interested in social media- direct experience marketing or managing campaigns on social media is not required. You should be interested in- and informed on- trends, news, and developments in the social sphere.
