How to Grant Google My Business Access

Adding Users to a Profile via Desktop:

On your computer, sign in to your Google account associated with your Google My Business listing(s)
From the main “Google” homepage, navigate to the Menu/Google Apps icon in the top right corner (small square-shaped icon with 9 circles in it)
Click the “My Business” Icon (blue storefront icon) – If you don’t see it, then click the button to see more and choose “My Business”
Once you’re on your Google My Business dashboard, if you have multiple locations, open the location you’d like to manage or choose one to begin with
In the menu on the left, click “Users“
At the top right, click “Invite New Users“
Enter the name or email address of the user you’d like to add (Reports@exults.com)
To select the user’s role, click “Choose a role” > Choose “Owner“
Click the “Invite” button and invitees will have the option to accept the invitation and immediately become users
