Clearing Cache on iPhone or iPad

These instructions are for the default Safari web browser on an iPhone or iPad. Clearing your phone’s browser cache will completely refresh the Safari app meaning any open tabs will be closed and you will be logged out of any sites.

On your iPhone or iPad device, open the Settings app
Select the Safari app
Scroll down to the bottom and click “Clear History and Website Data”— This will remove history, cookies and other browsing data.
Open Safari and re-enter the website URL. You will see the most recent updates.

Clearing Cache on Android

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
At the top right, tap More (three dots icon).
Tap History > Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
Tap Clear data.
